MGT 7 is a form that is used in India to file a company’s annual return with the Registrar of Companies (ROC). The following steps can be followed to file MGT 7:

  1. Gather required information: You will need information about the company, such as its name, CIN number, registered office address, etc.
  2. Prepare the form: Fill in all the required details in the MGT 7 form. You can find the form on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) website.
  3. Attach required documents: Attach the required documents along with the form, such as a copy of the annual report, auditor’s report, balance sheet, and profit & loss account.
  4. Validate the form: Validate the form by using the DSC (digital signature certificate) or EVC (electronic verification code).
  5. Submit the form: Submit the MGT 7 form and attached documents on the MCA portal. You will need to pay a fee to file the form.
  6. Receive confirmation: After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email or message. Keep a copy of the confirmation for your records. Please contact CS Nisha Gupta – Company secretary Nisha gupta
